Retha’s Roasted Asparagus

Recipe makes 4 servings

1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed

1 tablespoon coconut oil OR 1 tablespoon of butter

1/2 tsp. Sea salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder


Preheat indoor grill or griddle on high heat.
Lightly coat the asparagus spears with coconut oil in a freezer bag. Add the dry ingredients into a freezer bag and shake well to coat the asparagus. Remove from the asparagus from the bag and add to the grill.
Grill over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or to desired tenderness.

    1. Thanks Pat, I am maintaining my weight loss with taking my 90 For Life supplements daily, a meal replacement of a smoothie, and I’ve increased my exercise to 3-4 days a week. Still working on eliminating gluten products from my diet. 🙂

    2. Hey Pat, let me know if you try the recipes. Still drinking Beyond Tangy Tangerine, exercising, and working on going gluten-free. Its a process. With me working in healthcare if I didn’t make a change now, I would surely pay for it down the road. Blessings!
